Virtual Setup

Training Program
To pitch any product to clients or understand its features, Business Development Managers need to grasp the features of moCal and company policies. We do not sell directly, so we require qualified Business Development Managers to attend a training program for 7 to15 days, which will be completely unpaid. This program covers moCal's extensive platform and capabilities, including product features, market positioning, competitor analysis, and effective sales strategies. The training includes practical sessions on moCal’s physical products to ensure you are well-versed in all aspects of our offerings.
Probational Period
The initial three months constitute a probationary period, where your primary goal will be to justify your salary through effective sales performance. Failing to meet the set sales targets will result in no salary being paid, underscoring the importance of achieving your financial goals.
After Probation Period
Post-probation, continuous achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets is crucial. Failure to meet targets in any month will see the shortfall rolled over to the next, with a requirement to recover by quarter's end. Inadequate performance will result in a reduced salary payout at 40% of the base salary.

Salary Justification
During the first three months, it is crucial for the Business Development Manager to ensure Salary Justification of 5 times their Salary while their Business Target will be 10 times their Salary. If they fail to meet the required business targets, they will not receive their full salary. However, if they achieve at least 80% of their salary target, they will still receive the full amount. For example, if a manager achieves only 40% of the target, they will be entitled to only 10-20% of the Business Generated, depending on their overall performance. Thus, it is essential to meet or exceed 80% of the target to secure the full salary. Salary justification is directly tied to the business subscriptions sold during this period.
